Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

• The request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated once the returned product passes quality inspection.

Refunds are processed and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Inspection & Approval: 2–3 business days after product receipt

Refund Credit: 5–7 business days after approval

Total Turnaround Time (TAT): 7–10 business days from the date of return pickup.
